Lent Course – “A Growing Church”

Our lent sermon series continues, linked to interactive Bible Study and discussion on each following Wednesday evening.

14th March    7:30pm Session 3 “Mission Strategy”

21st March     – NO MEETING

28th March   7:30pm Session 4 “Presence to Persuasion”

4th  April      7:30pm  Session 5 “A Mission-shaped Celebration”

COME ALONG AND DISCUSS THE SERMON OVER A CUP OF COFFEE.

Flower Rota

If you wish you can indicate on the rota if the flowers are for a specific occasion or in memory of someone. In future this will be mentioned on the Notice Sheet with the other anniversaries etc.       Please consider marking your special weekend with a donation for flowers – just fill in the date on he rota and place your donation in an envelope marked ‘Flowers’ in the collection box.

Fair Trade Stall

We continue to show our support for Fair Trade (and our commitment as a Fair Trade Church) by offering Fair Trade products for sale today and next Sunday. Please keep on looking for Fair Trade goods to buy in local shops! Have you completed the questionnaire and returned it to John yet?  This is vital in our plans to register Halton as a Fair Trade Borough.

Electoral Roll Revision (Ready for the Annual Church Meetings)

Notice is given that the electoral roll is being revised (details on the front door). The existing list of members is on the Notice Board. Please check your name is entered. IF YOU ARE A NEWCOMER OR HAVE NOT PREVIOUSLY APPLIED PLEASE ASK FOR A FORM FROM Irene Boothman or one of the Wardens.Only those on the roll can stand for office or vote at the Annual Meetings.

Annual Church Meetings, Sunday 22nd April at 11am followed by ‘Bring and Share’ Lunch.
